Credit Extras
A) Credit Extras can be added to your service by adding $15 of value. Credit Extras cannot be used on Data only plans.
B) Any Credit Extras balance will be used after you have used up your prepaid plan inclusions and International Extras packs (where applicable).
C) Credit Extras credit has an expiry of 14 days. Unused Credit Extras credit does not roll over. If you add additional Credit Extras credit to your service during the expiry window of 14 days and still have credit remaining, you will forfeit the remaining credit.
D) You can use Credit Extras credit at the rates set out in the table entitled “Credit Extras Pricing Table: Mobile Plans” below.
E) You can use Credit Extras credit for standard international calls and SMS/MMS and selected Premium SMS (PSMS) services. Calls charged per minute. Premium SMS (PSMS) has a spend limit of $20 every 30 days. To increase or restrict this limit please contact the OnePass mobile Customer Care Team. These services will be charged at the rates advertised by the third-party providers. Not all Premium SMS (PSMS) services are available on OnePass mobile. Excludes standard national calls/SMS/MMS, domestic data, roaming, video calls, premium calls, overseas premium and overseas toll-free services.

Data Extras
A) $10 for 1GB of data to use within Australia. The maximum amount of Data Extras that can be added to a service is 20GB. Unused data from any Data Extras pack expires 30 days from the purchase date. If you successfully recharge your service with a new Data Extras pack prior to the expiry of the Data Extras pack, any remaining Data Extras data will rollover (up to a maximum of 20GB) with an updated expiry date. Data Extras will be used before any data in your standard plan inclusions. Charged per KB.
B) $15 for 2GB of data to use within Australia. The maximum amount of Data Extras that can be added to a service is 20GB. Unused data from any Data Extras pack expires 30 days from the purchase date. International Extras
A) A $5 International Extras pack provides up to 100 International minutes to make standard calls and unlimited standard international SMS/MMS to 32 selected countries (refer to clause D below). Excludes premium/special/satellite/overseas toll-free numbers and video calls, and any calls and SMS/MMS to countries other than the selected 32 countries.
B) A $10 International Extras pack provides up to 300 International minutes to make standard calls and unlimited standard international SMS/MMS to 32 selected countries (refer to clause D below). Excludes premium/special/satellite/overseas toll-free numbers and video calls, and any calls and SMS/MMS to countries other than the selected 32 destinations.
C) Calls are billed in one-minute increments.
D) Selected 32 destinations include Austria, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, mainland China, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea South, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, US & Vietnam.
E) The International Extras pack does not support international calling to other destinations or special calls to these destinations (e.g. where a number redirects to a premium number). Calls to other destinations can be made by adding credit in Credit Extras, as set out below.
F) Allowances in the International Extras pack have an expiry period of 30 days. If another International Extras pack is purchased prior to the expiry date of your current International Extras pack, any remaining International minutes from your current pack will be rolled over with an updated expiry date (each service can have a maximum of up to 500 International minutes).
International Call Charges Table
A) The charges for international calls are charged in per minute increments and have no flag fall. The table below lists the rate per minute.
B) This offer does not include Satellite destinations. Airtime surcharges apply to calls from MobileSat, Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya.
