To activate your OnePass mobile SIM card, you will need:

• Your new OnePass mobile SIM Card - your SIM number is printed on your SIM card
• An Australian debit or credit card for payment (if required)
• One valid form of ID (Australian debit or credit card or Foreign Passport with Australian Visa)

The 3G network is shutting down from September 2024. If you have a device that can only use 3G or does not support 4G, you must upgrade to a new mobile phone or your OnePass mobile service might be disrupted Check your device.

Please note: If you are wanting to move your existing mobile number to OnePass mobile from another provider, please keep your existing mobile number active to receive a verification code. If you do not have access to your old SIM card and the ability to receive a verification code, you will not be able to keep your existing mobile number.
